Consultancies is the first pathway provided by Njoud to the development agencies. The consultancies services aim at providing knowledge products to these agencies that can help them in better representation of the communities and all required information and data that can support their programmes. The services include studies, researches and programme support. The consultancies are extended to include different sectors as economic empowerment, protection, child protection, education, health and gender.

Evaluation Studies

- These studies are conducted at the mid-term or end phases of development projects to evaluate its impact and assess the achieved results. - Different methodologies could be used as OECD DAC Criteria and Outcome Harvesting Approach. - Evaluation Studies are conducted using mixed approaches by using quantitative and qualitative data. - The Studies are executed in a participatory way, where primary data are collected from the community to empower them and share their voice.

Baseline Studies

Labour Market Assessment

Project Management

- This service is provided for the running or newly starting projects that require support in project management. - Njoud can help in one way in support the project management team in developing the tools required in this regard, as work-plan, procurement plan, budget, human resources plan, ToR for any technical component, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, and any other required tool; in addition to monitoring tools as financial trackers, procurement trackers, monitoring tools, etc. - Njoud can help in another way by providing long term consultancy service for project management by providing expertise in this regard, by developing tools and support implementation for a definite timeframe.

Gender Studies
